Citizenship Buddies

The Citizenship Buddies have the important job of helping to make sure that all children feel even safer and happier on the playground and around Barley Hill. They meet on Tuesday lunchtimes once every half term to decide what needs to be done in order to help everyone feel as calm as they can between lessons, and to promote kind and pro-social behaviour during playtimes. Our Citizenship Buddies are instrumental in organising whole-school annual events, such as Anti-Bullying Week (including Odd Socks Day!) that help to refocus everyone's attention on improving the social experience of pupils attending our school.
