S4A Barley Hill Wrap Around Care

Providing trusted, caring and nurturing wrap around care is really important to us at S4A. We’re the first faces at the start of your child’s school day, and the ones waving them off at the end of the day!
And we take that responsibility very seriously. We want their wrap around care experience to be a happy one. Full of laughter, creativity, fun and smiles. We want every child to feel safe, involved, engaged and – above all – provide a space for them to be an active part of. In turn, enabling you to feel relaxed knowing they love their time with us.
Here's what to expect:
New Breakfast Club Times
Our Breakfast Club starts at 7:30am, giving you that little extra time in the morning. You can choose
between two sessions:
● 7:30am–Start of school - £6.95
● 8:00am–Start of school - £4.95
And don’t worry — breakfast is served up until 8:15am, so even late risers won’t miss out.
After School Club Options
We offer a choice of three booking sessions to suit your schedule:
● From end of school day at 3:15pm until 4:30pm - £6.95
● From end of school day at 3:15pm until 6:00pm - £14.25
● From finish time of clubs run by other providers on the school site from 4.15pm until 6.00pm- £8.25
Your child will enjoy a wide range of games, crafts, outdoor fun, and plenty of smiles in a relaxed, safe setting led by our caring team. We also offer a light meal, served at 5:00pm for bookings from 4:30pm onwards — the meal option is already included in your slot when booking, and we’ll take care of the rest so your child finishes their day fed and happy.

Breakfast & After School Club (BASH)
Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are an essential provision for our Parents and Carers. We aim to provide high quality care in a safe and friendly environment for children aged 4 - 11 years old. BASH is run by a team of dedicated and highly qualified staff.

Our Aim is to provide:

Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club runs Monday to Friday during term time from 7:45am to 8:45am. It is available to children who attend Barley Hill Primary School in Reception to Year 6.
Charge per session: £5.50
We provide a healthy breakfast and special diets can be catered for on request.

After School Club
After School Club runs Monday to Friday during term time from 3:15pm to 6:00pm. It is available to children who attend Barley Hill Primary School in Reception to Year 6.
Charge per session: £11.50
A cold, light snack is provided which is varied and nutritious; special diets can be catered for on request. We ensure all children can enjoy an educational and fun experience, and benefit from their time with us. All children can choose a range of activities from arts and crafts to cooking and outdoor games.

Mrs MacLennan is our Childcare Administrative Assistant and she has responsibility for liaising with Parents / Carers on availability of places, bookings, payments and general enquiries.
