Educating the whole child, achieved through an inclusive and supportive ethos, with kindness and community at the heart of our provision.
Headteacher’s Welcome Message
Welcome to Barley Hill Primary School. It is a thriving school and one which we are all immensely proud of. We believe that all children are entitled to an education that will enable them to realise their full potential. That this will be achieved in a safe learning environment, where children feel confident to take risks, and know that their efforts will be praised and nurtured.
All children are entitled to a full and enriching education, where first hand experiences, creativity and enjoyment form the basis of successful learning and the development of the whole child. Children at Barley Hill Primary School are encouraged to be active participants in their own learning, to develop resilience and resourcefulness, in order to foster an enquiring mind and a desire for life-long learning.
The school has an excellent range of facilities and benefits from the leadership of committed and enthusiastic staff. Our highly skilled teaching and support staff strive to inspire and value all children as individuals and are dedicated in working in partnership with parents and carers to enable all children to thrive.
